Goaty Pig Candles operates UK, USA & Canada only shipping.

Shipping is based upon weight.

Orders over £40 are shipped free of charge excluding orders shipped to USA & Canada.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days starting from the day of receiving your order. Items returned need to be returned in the condition they were sent with all packaging for a full refund of the item, this does not include postage. We do not cover return postage.

 

Please note sale items and wax melts are non-returnable.

 

If the items are faulty when the consumer receives them, the consumer must inform Goaty Pig Candles upon receipt of faulty goods. We will then advise how to return the goods.

It is recommended that royal mail signed for be used as proof of posting. Upon the receipt of the goods we will conduct an inspection of the goods and if the goods are found to be faulty we will refund any postage charge incurred as well as the product cost. Please note – candle frosting and inconsistent glass adherence are not considered to be faulty products and returns will not be accepted for this reason.

 Any returns lost in the mail service are not the responsibility or liability of Goaty Pig Candles it is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service you used.

Any custom orders are non-refundable.
